Jacket 17/W/24 is designed for days on the move. It adapts to your pace, offering complete comfort and freedom while keeping you reliably warm.
The cut is based on an oversized, one-size silhouette, complemented by balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs at the wrists. The length reaches the hips and can be worn loosely or cinched at the waist with an elastic belt featuring a metal buckle.
The hood extends up to the nose, creating a balaclava-like effect when fully closed, giving you maximum protection from the cold. The zipper is covered with a wide placket that can be tied with a cord at the neck and adjusted as needed. When worn open, the jacket reveals a striking oversized collar detail.
Discreet, practical pockets are hidden in the side seams.
Exposed seams on the hood and shoulders are sealed with waterproof tape, enhancing the jacket’s overall resistance to water.

    Care

    Caring for Ventile® garments is simple yet essential to maintain their high performance throughout the product’s lifetime.

    We recommend dry cleaning, but if that is not possible, follow these basic guidelines to extend durability and preserve the material’s functionality:

    • Gently remove dirt with a brush or damp sponge. Fasten zippers and closures, and turn the garment inside out.

    • Wash separately on a gentle cycle in lukewarm water using pure liquid soap (without additives). After washing, rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue – if necessary, run an additional rinse cycle.

    • Reshape the garment and let it air dry on a hanger, away from direct sunlight.

    • Once dry, iron carefully on a low setting – this reactivates the durable water repellent (DWR) finish.

     

    Restoring Water Repellency

    With frequent wear, Ventile®’s water-repellent finish may diminish over time. In such cases, we recommend using specialized treatments as directed by the manufacturer:

    • Granger’s Extreme Waterproofing for Naturals

    • Nikwax Tech Wash or pure soap (ensure no detergent residues remain in the washing machine)

    • Nikwax Cotton Proof
