Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at MESSA. If the product does not meet your expectations or is faulty, you can return it under the conditions below. Detailed information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section.
Returns within 14 days

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The returned goods must be undamaged and clean. The Buyer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

If the Seller has failed to provide the Buyer with information on the right of withdrawal, the period shall be extended by 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period.
Complaints (faulty goods)

All products are covered by the statutory warranty period of 24 months.

A complaint can be made if the goods are faulty or if a defect occurs during the warranty period.

In the event of a defect, the Buyer first chooses between repair or replacement free of charge. Only if these are impossible, disproportionate, or not completed within 30 days, the Buyer is entitled to: (a) a proportionate price reduction, or (b) withdrawal and refund.

Refund period

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice.

The payment may be withheld until the returned goods have been received by the Seller.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Consumers may refer disputes to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI)
as the competent body (www.soi.sk).
