Made-to-measure products

• Products made to measure or customized according to the Customer’s requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions resulting from the nature of the materials used or from handcrafted production are not considered defects.

 

Product care

• The Seller recommends following the care instructions provided on the label or in the accompanying product materials.

• Complaints caused by improper use or care will not be accepted.

 

Intellectual property

• All designs, photographs, texts, and other content published on www.messa.design are the intellectual property of the MESSA brand.

• Any use, copying, or distribution of this content without the prior consent of the Seller is prohibited.

 

Limitation of liability

• The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or shipping provider.

• The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or maintenance of the product by the Customer.
