Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at MESSA. If the product does not meet your expectations or is faulty, you can return it under the conditions below. Detailed information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section.

Returns within 14 days

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The goods must be undamaged, clean, and unworn.
The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Complaints (faulty goods)

All products are covered by the statutory warranty period of 24 months.
A complaint can be made if the goods are faulty or if a defect occurs during the warranty period.
The Customer has the right to repair, replacement, an appropriate discount on the price, or to withdraw from the contract.

Refund period
